Acting Police Chief Kelantan, Datuk Mazlan Lazim said the suspects, aged between 20 and 30's and most cases have been reported in Kota Bharu, with 16 cases and one case each in Tanah Merah, Pasir Mas and Tumpat.
He said the latest incident occurred in Ternate, earlier this month.
"According to the victim, we have the suspect sketches a familiar face and a closed-circuit camera (CCTV) suspects in the store.
"Fotofit suspects face will be promoted to help the police to gain more information to the arrest of suspects," he said at a news conference at police headquarters (IPK) Kelantan, here, yesterday.
According to Mazlan, serial rapist was targeting victims ages 20 to 30 years living dormitory or residence unlocked.
