On the day Sunday, June 20, 2010 located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia ~ Party of India United Malaysian Indian United Party [MIUP] successfully achieve their First General Meeting.
Yb Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Bin Tengku Mansor, secretary general of the National Front has been performing the opening ceremony of the General Meeting.
Also present as the guest of honor is Yb Datuk Hamzah Zainudin, Deputy Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities Malaysia, Yb Senator Ezam Mohd Nor of the National Assembly and a few BN component leaders from the state of Johor.
MIUP President, Dato S Nallakaruppan chosen as symbolic of the struggle of Johor UMNO party, who is also their first move in the same country during the era of Onn Jaafar.
"Starting in Johor this morning and then MIUP will try to explore the whole country to move the machinery of the people, especially the Indian community to unite under the auspices of the National Front government ..." Thus said Dato Nalla during the opening speech.
Whereas in his opening speech Yb Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan also said it would bring him and MIUP conveyed to the Prime Minister Datuk Sri Najib for MIUP officially be in the National Front coalition.
Before the opening ceremony, the audience consisting of VIP guests and delegates MIUP nationwide were treated to a video presentation Dato Nalla in the political struggle, which proved he had been valiantly to help the BN in the pe; various people and social programs.
Congratulations congratulate the Committee and the Secretariat MIUP that succeeded in bringing together nearly 1,000 delegates and observers from around the country of their party.
