Catalina Robayo, one of the participants of Miss Universe 2011 is being talked about. Finalists from Colombia is getting criticism for not wearing underwear when attending sessions with the media in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
As quoted from huffingtonpost, a source says, "

President of the Miss Universe Organization Paula Shugart explains, "The officers we have to alert all participants to wear modest clothing and one of our PR has also been talking to him (Robayo) and he explained that he is wearing, but missed."
